Who we are

NR Builds is a concrete, masonry and landscaping contractor serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, property address, project details and any photos you send through our forms, by email or by phone.

Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, book site visits, prepare estimates, carry out and invoice work, and follow up about your project.

To improve our website and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business (for example website hosting, email, scheduling and accounting tools), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as needed for the work, warranty questions, and tax and legal requirements. Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive financial details through web forms.
